I do not know whether the repair would be covered comprehensive or collision of the bumper. Could Trailers Boat slips from the front of their own as the vehicle with another vehicle (collision), or the collision of nature are considered (global). The car was parked and locked when this happens. The boat trailer is also indivisible, parked in driveways and wheel high wind pushed the trailer to stop the bottom corner of the section.

I would treat them as a loss of the collision.
